Maki Japanese & Vietnamese Cuisine is looking for full-time applicants to join our Maki team. We are seeking individuals who are friendly, team players, driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced dining environment.

Number of positions:

• 2 Kitchen Helpers
• 3 Servers

Qualifications and Skills for Kitchen Helpers:

• Assisting kitchen staff with food preparation, being sure to follow infection control and safe food handling regulations and procedures.
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy.
• Washing, stacking and drying dishes and utensils, and ensuring bench tops are clean and sanitary.
• Operating kitchen equipment in-line with instructions.
• Ensuring food items or dishes and utensils are ready for use as required.
